101. Deputy Brian Stanley asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will provide a timeframe and costing for the installation of domestic water meters. [46071/12]

I refer to the reply to Question No. 40 of 18 September 2012. The position is unchanged. Detailed cost estimates for the metering programme have been prepared by my Department. However, it would be inappropriate to publish these cost estimates in advance of the competitive procurement process.
