Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health the position regarding an application for speech therapy in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Wicklow including whether and when one to one speech therapy will be provided to address the difficulties they have arising from the failure to diagnose their profound deafness at an early age.
