View answerWhile the person named applied for derogation under the 2012 Disadvantaged Areas Scheme, the application was unsuccessful. The person named informed accordingly by letter dated 8 October and was also advised of his right of appeal to the recently established, independently chaired, DAS Appeals Committee.
