Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if he will provide figures for the net voted expenditure by his Department on all national energy retrofit programmes by category for each fiscal year 2000 to 2011 and to date in 2012; the actual moneys spent in respect of the same categories and years; his Department's total not voted expenditure in each of those years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
