Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health when he plans to fill the four seats vacant since May on the board of Health Information and Quality Authority; if he will outline the process that is being undertaken to fill the posts; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Earlier this year, I instructed my officials to seek nominations, through the Public Appointments Service, for the filling of vacancies on the Health Information and Quality Authority Board. I am currently giving further consideration to the filling of these vacancies.
