Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the reason there is a discrepancy between the charges for foreshore licences in Kenmare, County Kerry, in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry and other licences granted in Kenmare Bay.
