Deputy Noel Harrington asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will have the files in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Cork reviewed again, regarding the penalty imposed this year on their single farm payment, taking into consideration the inaccuracies outlined in documents attached; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
