View answerMy officials are currently liaising with the Office of the Parliamentary Counsel (OPC) on the text of the Bill to amend the Public Service Management (Recruitment and Appointments) Act 2004. Subject to the agreement of Government, it is expected that the Bill will be published during the Spring Session.
