379. Deputy John O'Mahony asked the Minister for Social Protection when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive a decision on their application for carer’s allowance; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [3738/13]
View answerI confirm that the department received an application for carer’s allowance from the person in question on the 2nd May 2012. A request for further information required to make a decision was issued to the person in question on 24th January 2013. As soon as the information is received it will be processed and the person concerned will be notified directly of the outcome.
