538. Deputy Jim Daly asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the cost incurred by his Department for assessing means of individual citizens for any reason on an annual basis; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7392/13]

I wish to inform the Deputy that my Department does not provide services that require the means testing of citizens and that, accordingly, no costs are incurred.
