746. Deputy Stephen S. Donnelly asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will justify the practice of initially registering passenger transport coaches as private vehicles prior to reclassification and subsequent registering and taxing as PSVs; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
