133. Deputy Robert Troy asked the Taoiseach if any additional costs other than telephones, ICT and monthly phone bills are being paid to constituency offices by his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12429/13]
View answerAll standard printing in constituency offices is covered by a central Managed Print Services contract which my Department has in place for all standard printing in the Department. The cost of printing on all printers located in constituency offices under this contract is approximately €200 per month. My Department also pays the cost of incidental expenses, travel and subsistence, as well as some office equipment and office supplies for my Constituency Office and the Government Chief Whip's Constituency Office. The costs incurred under these headings from March 2011 to the end of February 2013 was €11,203.
