301. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection the correct status and eligibility for payment in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [14177/13]

In order to determine if a person has an entitlement to a jobseeker’s payment an application form must be completed. According to the records of this Department, the person concerned has not recently applied for a jobseeker’s payment.
