116. Deputy Frank Feighan asked the Minister for Education and Skills the position regarding an application for a Student Universal Support Ireland grant in respect of a person (details supplied). [15956/13]

The independent Student Grants Appeals Board received an appeal from the student in question on 26th March 2013.

The Appeals Board aims to issue appeal determinations as promptly as possible and within the specified timeframe specified in the Student Support Act, 2011. The student will be notified directly of the outcome by the Appeals Board.
