1198. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Health in view of a situation that arose recently where an ambulance had to be driven by a member of an Garda Síochána while the only paramedic on the ambulance tended to an injured persons, his views on whether cutbacks in the health service will continue; his further views on if it is putting persons lives at risk; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
