594. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Health the way in which speech and language services are allocated in respect of young citizens who have a severe phonological disorder; if he will indicate the number of hours on a weekly or monthly basis that citizens with speech and language support needs are usually allocated; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
