View answerPreliminary work is underway in my Department on the preparation of a general scheme of the Official Secrets Act (Amendment) Bill to amend the Official Secrets Act 1963 to reflect the Programme for Government commitment. It is not possible to indicate at this stage when the Bill will be published.
