Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Justice and Equality when the Property Registration Authority will rectify an error on a folio map (details supplied) in order that it conforms with the folio in which a turbary right has been removed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am advised by the Property Registration Authority that its Quality Assurance Team will investigate this case and that the Authority will contact the Deputy directly when the position in relation to this case has been established.
