Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if his attention has been drawn to the fact that automated ticket machines for LUAS and Iarnród Éireann services have been reported to be unable to process the new €5 note; and if he will ensure that any future currency changes will be dealt with in advance to avoid inconvenience to rail users.
