Deputy Jonathan O'Brien asked the Minister for Education and Skills the number of section 29 appeals against suspension in post-primary schools that were taken by parents of children with special needs; the number of section 29 appeals against expulsion in post-primary schools that were taken by parents of children with special needs; the number of section 29 appeals against suspension in primary schools that were taken by parents of children with special needs; and the number of section 29 appeals against expulsion in primary schools that were taken by parents of children with special needs.
