Question:107. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Finance the amount due to creditors arising out of professional fees as at the date of the appointment of the special liquidator at Irish Bank Resolution Corporation in February 2013. [32771/13]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 105 and 107 together.
I have been advised the Special Liquidators are currently agreeing all the creditors’ claims and it is therefore too early in the liquidation to ascertain the level of unsecured creditors.
