Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when an appeal by a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath against the non-payment of single farm payment which is due to them will take place; if same will be expedited; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Agriculture Appeals Office received an appeal from the person named on 8 May 2013. Once the file has been received, the appeal will be assigned to an Appeals Officer for consideration.
