206. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the dates on which the Garda bureau of fraud investigation seized tapes from AIB and Bank of Ireland and-or other banks; and if a court order or court warrant was needed to access these tapes. [33671/13]
View answerThe Deputy will appreciate that I have no role in relation to the detailed management of any criminal investigations and that it would not be appropriate for me to comment on the specifics of any criminal investigation or on the evidence obtained by the Gardaí in connection with any investigations which they may be conducting.
