256. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of persons Iarnród Éireann has prosecuted for failure to have a valid train ticket in the years 2011, 2012 and to date in 2013; and the number of successful convictions obtained against those who have been found without a valid ticket.
