I have no statutory function in this matter. I have referred the Deputy's question to the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA)  for direct reply on the basis that the IAA has certain statutory responsiblities for noise related issues at Dublin Airport.  Please contact my Private Office if  you do not hear back from the IAA within 10 working days. Issues concerning air pollution fall within the remit of my colleague the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government.
