An application was received from the person named under the 2012 Disadvantaged Areas Scheme. During processing it was found that the Scheme minimum stocking density requirements had not been satisfied.

The person named was notified of this on 1 March 2013 and given the opportunity to appeal the decision. The person named has appealed this decision and my department is currently awaiting the submission of additional evidence supporting this appeal. The application of the person named will be further reviewed on receipt of this information and the person named will be notified of the outcome directly.
