445. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason agricultural offices in places like County Kerry are completely under-staffed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [44387/13]

I am satisfied that there are sufficient resources in place in my Department’s agricultural offices to enable farm inspections to be carried out in a timely manner and without any undue delay in making payments to farmers.
