1294. Deputy Robert Dowds asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the conditions for carriage of bicycles on Irish Rail, both DART and Intercity services; and if the conditions could be loosened on intercity services in order to facilitate cycle tourism. [47054/13]
