149. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Finance the savings that will be made from the replacement of the one-parent family tax credit with the single person child carer tax credit. [45654/13]
View answerI am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that based on the most up to date information available, it is estimated that the expected yield from replacing the One-Parent Family Tax Credit with the Single Person Child Carer Tax Credit from 1 January 2014 will be €18 million in 2014 and €25 million in a full year.
