282. Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Education and Skills if he will investigate the circumstances of a person (details supplied) in County Mayo who applied for and was awarded a higher education grant for 2012-13 but who subsequently did not receive any payment despite being asked for and providing bank details; if he will instruct Student Universal Support Ireland to review this file; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
