Deputy Tony McLoughlin asked the Minister for Education and Skills if any further consideration has been given by his Department to the application by a school (details supplied) in County Sligo and the Mayo, Sligo and Leitrim Education and Training Board for a phase 2 extension to the facilities at Riverstown, Sligo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am pleased to advise the Deputy that following a further demographic review, devolved funding has been approved for the provision of a Phase 2 extension to replace temporary accommodation at the school to which he refers. The school authorities have been advised accordingly.
