566. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason payments have been held up in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [48854/13]

With processing of the application of the person named under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Area Scheme expected to be completed shortly, payments will then issue directly to the nominated bank account of the person named.
