In 2010 a grant of €648,000 was allocated towards the much needed refurbishment of the De Paul Swimming Pool, St. Vincent`s Centre, Navan Road, Dublin 7. Earlier this year this grant was increased to €1.261m.

The Department is awaiting the completion of legalities before approval can be given for this project to proceed. The grantee and their solicitors are fully aware of those legal requirements. The Department is not in a position to progress the matter any further in advance of the completion of those legalities.
