View answer“Your first EURES job” is an existing EU job mobility scheme specifically targeted to help young people find work and to help employers find workers. It aims to match young jobseekers and job changers to fill vacancies across Europe. “Your First EURES Job” is one of the existing initiatives that may be utilised in implementing the Youth Guarantee in Ireland in 2014. Young people who avail of this opportunity will do so on a completely voluntary basis. The estimated total budget for this initiative will be in the order of €2.5m.
