An application under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme was received from the husband of the person named (now deceased) on 26 April 2013. Processing of the application has recently been finalised and payment under the SPS issued on 22 November, directly to the nominated bank account of the Solicitor dealing with the estate of the deceased.
