View answerThe question of protection of human rights overseas is a matter for the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade. I have no function in relation to the arrangements or location for the hosting of the soccer world cup. I understand that FIFA has in recent days issued a statement arising from the issues raised in the Amnesty report.
