669. Deputy Niall Collins asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the total amount spent on external IT consultants by his Department in 2010, 2011, 2012 and to date in 2013; the estimated spending in 2014; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [54448/13]

The total amount spent on external IT consultants by my Department in 2010 was €23,556.28.  There was no further expenditure on IT consultants in 2011, 2012 or in the year to date. No such expenditure is anticipated in 2014.
