Deputy Charles Flanagan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if county councils have accountability to his Department in relation to the cost of the placement and-or repair of traffic calming speed ramps, materials used and the maintenance of these ramps; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
