Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health the findings and recommendations of the review conducted by the Department in conjunction with the Health Service Executive of corporate functions and resources staff and budget of the various corporate, support and shared services as they exist in the HSE; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The review of corporate functions and resources, staff and budget of the various corporate/support/shared services as they currently exist within the HSE is ongoing. This review must be undertaken in parallel with the establishment of the revised organisational structure and governance arrangements in the HSE, and is due to be completed in 2014.
