Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine in respect of installation aid applications considered by the agriculture appeals office in 2009, the circumstances surrounding the three successful appeals; the number of those appeals received in 2009 that are still under active consideration; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Three appellants were successful in their appeals to the Agriculture Appeals Office during the course of 2009 in relation to either the Young Farmers’ Installation Scheme or the Installation Aid Scheme.
