234. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Health the financial supports that are provided by the Health Service Executive towards a sheltered housing complex (details supplied) in County Donegal; the current responsibilities of the HSE in the running, funding or otherwise of the complex; the capacity of the complex; the current occupancy; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Health Service Executive provides financial assistance towards the provision of a Day Centre located within the St. Shanaghan housing complex, one day each week. A payment of €3,896 is paid by the HSE to the Day Centre every quarter.

The HSE is not involved in the running or funding of St. Shanaghan housing complex.
