126. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will provide a detailed breakdown of the 4,500 to 5,000 social housing units due to be delivered this year, as announced under budget 2014, with details of the local authority areas in which these units will be delivered; if he will further provide the number of units due to be delivered under the following headings: through the transfer of further units from the National Asset Management Agency, the use of the rental accommodation scheme, completion of mortgage-to-rent arrangements, completion of existing building and acquisition programmes and new builds.
