An overpayment of jobseeker’s allowance for the period 01 April 1988 to 20 November 1990 was determined in the case of the person concerned as it was deemed that he was not available for or genuinely seeking work during this period. The overpayment was recorded on 06 August 1991 and totalled €6365.60. During the period 29 November 1991 to 2 February 1993 ten cash refunds were made by the person concerned to off-set this overpayment.
