636. Deputy Finian McGrath asked the Minister for Health the position regarding a level 5 FETAC course in respect of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 5; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5059/14]
View answerI have been advised by the HSE that the person concerned is not an employee of the Executive and is in fact an employee of Raheny Home Help, a voluntary organisation. In these circumstances the issue raised by the Deputy, the need for the level five qualification, is a 'conditions of employment' matter between Raheny Home Help and the person concerned.
