Deputy Derek Nolan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he proposes legislation to provide greater regulation to the conversion of cars to the gas sector, in particular, pertaining to the equipment used and the installers; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have no proposals to provide legislation for the regulation of converting cars to the gas sector in relation to either equipment used or the associated installers.  Regulation in relation to such matters tends to be EU led.
