Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Social Protection the position regarding community employment supervisors' entitlement to a pension scheme in view of the fact that the Labour Court recommended that FÁS implement a pension scheme in 2008 and some CE supervisors who have finished work still have no pension scheme in place.
