Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Education and Skills the reason a decision on an independent application for a student grant did not issue in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry ; if a full review of the way Student Universal Support Ireland assessed this application will be carried out; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
