The Road Safety Authority (RSA) has statutory responsibility for the operation of the National Driver Licensing Service.

I understand from the Authority that applications which are fully in order are being processed in or under twelve days.  Cases where the application is not fully in order, and further documentation and/or contact with the applicant is required, take longer.

The RSA has advised me that it is on course to have a ten-day turnaround by the end of February, and a five- to eight-day turnaround by the end of March.

Questions Nos. 742 and 743 answered with Question No. 726.
