45. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if there are any Irish embassies currently without an ambassador; and his plans to fill these posts or whether other arrangements will be made. [9902/14]

There is one vacancy at Ambassador level, in our embassy in Kampala, Uganda. It is intended that this position will be filled shortly.
