350. Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a person (details supplied) in County Sligo will have their farm payments processed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10773/14]
View answerAn application under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Area Scheme was received from the person named in my Department on 7 May 2013. Following processing, dual claims were identified in respect of four land parcels declared on the application. Following correspondence with my Department, it was decided to award three of the parcels to the person named and reject the fourth as ineligible. As the person named had declared sufficient lands, other than the dual claimed area, no penalty was applicable under the Single Payment Scheme. Full payments have issued to the nominated bank account of the person named.
